The popular drama ‘Descendants Of The Sun’ won the Grand Prize at the Korea Communications Commission Broadcasting Awards 2017.

At the Lotte Hotel in Sogong-dong, Seoul, the awards ceremony for the 2017 Broadcasting and Communications Commission was held on March 20.

A total of 338 broadcast programs were fiercely contested, and the honor of the audience was KBS drama ‘Descendants Of The Sun’. tvN drama ‘Goblin’ won the Creative Development TV category and tvN ‘Signal’ won the Social and Culture Award.

Singer and broadcaster Bae Cheolsoo won the Merit Award for contributing to the spread of popular music through radio for 27 years in MBC FM4U ‘Music Camp of Pusan’. Actor Kim Eung Su also won the Broadcasting Prize for his role in the role of Toyotomi Hideyoshi at Imjin War 1592 and vividly reproduced the cause and background of the war.
